I think that what is correct with the number is 1500€ per month plus sector. For the non rated you have to pay for 15 months 1000€/month to pay back your type rating. You will be paid this salary until reaching the senior FO status which has been changed from 1500hrs to 2700-2800hrs (correct me of I am wrong).
I am not sure what kind of profile they are looking for but for me they just try to get a clear picture of the pilots in Europe. Once they want rated pilots for their base in LT or LV, the month before it was general requirement without a specific base.
They play the yo yo with the requirements since they have reopen the position during the summer.
Moreover they have changed their selection process and a lot of people failed it! The technical part and the HR are the tricky parts!
