So had my telephone interview today. Wasn't expecting the behavioural questions (or at least so many of them) at this stage. Thought this first interview would be more about ascertaining what I knew about the job etc... But, I survived it, bumbled my way through (I hate interviews with a passion!). Logged in to check my status and it has changed to "on hold for upcoming assessment centre" which I hope is good news
