Hey TailWheelBoy,
It is just a short phone interview and they will ask you some behavioral based questions. When I did mine I found that there was nothing I could really do to prepare for it.
Just make sure you are in quiet place and you don't sound like a rambling fool on the phone
Not sure about the tower preferences. You should be prepared to be posted to any of the towers though.
