It is quite a different matter if it is interpreted as subjective document. ie. one crew on a bad day with a nitpicker just looking to find stuff wrong. . .. .*Pause*- while I eat a grain of salt and re-read the non-report.. .. .Salty interpretation- There are some pretty damning observations in there all the same, regardless of who it was written by, or why it was written (the ILS and visual app. stuff comes to mind). But there is a volume of micro-managed interpretation as well (perhaps caused by flying in a jumpseat for too long?). . . . .Personally, I like to read such reports so I can file away the information and use it in an effort to never make those mistakes myself. By talking about their mistakes , I talk about my own, or ones I might make. And thereby avoid them (hopefully). . .. .Fly safe.
