Lets put it that way,i fly lvo with my current airline,and i have never sent any form to the uk caa.
I also have a uk EASA issued licence and they never told me to get the lvo form sent to them,again it could have changed since then but i doubt.
Ill try to find out and let you know,in the meanwhile keep your cash.
