I was a passenger on this plane and I can assure you that this was not a pleasant experience. With fuel pouring out of the wing for what felt like forever I at no stage felt safe and the way the staff reacted was not calming either. They all looked very panicked.

Here is a video clip and I can assure you I do not feel sorry for the crew. I understand mistakes happen but this was one that could have very easily been avoided and in terms on compensation from BA it was pathetic. We were awarded the equivalent in airmiles to buy another return flight to London.
Like I would chose BA again after that.
