hi all! I copied data from my old hard drive onto a CD using adaptec directcd on windows millenium edition. it copied fine and that old computer recognied the files on the CD whenever i loaded it, however, on my new PC (windows XP) when i try to load the CD to copy the files across, it doesnt recognise it as a cd with data on it and thinks its a blank one. I used all the correct options on the adaptec software which should allow the cd to be read on normal CD drives so im at a loss
. any ideas?
