many years ago similar questions were asked.

the plane is only in ONE catagory based on its speed

BUT IF YOU CHOOSE TO CIRCLE AT A HIGHER SPEED THEN PRUDENCE DICTATES YOU USE A HIGHER APCH CATAGORY/VISIBILITY
