The EASA Enroute Instrument Rating
Hello,


I have an FAA Helicopter IR.
Could I go for the EASA Enroute Instrument Rating? Could that IR be added onto a PPL(H) or a CPL(H)?

Is the EASA Enroute Instrument Rating a full IR rating without restrictions?
