They said, test has 3 steps, 1st is Global Pilot Selection System GPSS (Global Pilot Stupid Stuff
) in Amsterdam at AMC Aviation Medical Center. After passing the 1st step which takes 1 days, you've to wait about 4 weeks for the result. You'll be invited for another 1 or 2 days for team exercises, interview and sim screening. 1st step has capacity tests, some psychological stuff like questionnaires, role games (to play with a psychologist over there), stress tests like problem solving. Passing the 1st with good results will lead to a sort of bonus for the succeding steps, ... what ever that means.
