Yep, tardiness alright. Twin Otter crash at Kokoda, Dash 8 crash at Madang, and runway incursions in Australia. Flights operated without a flight attendant, advertised flights into Oakey which at the time was not on their AOC (CASA had screendumps from their website and caught out TCAS and Pinochio lying
) and the list goes on. And that's the public stuff already out there. I haven't (and won't) start on all the other stuff!
CASA and the CAA doing a wonderful job I might add. Nothing the Regulator needs to see here, next operator please........
