\ I want to do well in the psychometric assessment, but have no clue how it is. I have done few for some other jobs, but was told by a friend this one is alot harder for the ATC. Some of you, who have scored good and passed the test, what was the test like? What sort of preparation did you go through? What type of a score do you need to advance to the next stage? Can you guys please give me some tips on the psychometric assessment? Thanks alot guys.
Howdy, to be honest when i completed the online testing about 2 years ago i had no idea what to expect. The only thing i would recommend is having a nice quiet space to do it in, do the practice test so you know what your trying to achieve in the task. Have a calculator handy I think you still require it. And just do your best and answer the questions how you believe they should be answered not what type of answer they are looking for.
