Around 1400 for Delhi
About 511 for Chennai
Candidates who applied for Bangalore were sent to Chennai ( this has been the case for the last 3 exams )
Kolkota was not an option
In every classroom a small number of candidates were absent
From what I heard candidates who passed last year's exam and cleared all the rounds also decided to come for the exam as well just for the sake of it ( and meeting old buddies
