Look at the part in the Boeing manual, it has the twin yoke on the ram, whilst the single hinge stab is on the body.
The part in the picture has the single stab on the ram and the twin yoke is on the body.
How it appears in the Manual is how it is in life.
Tight configuration control is employed for such complex assemblies as aircraft (& road vehicles) to ensure compatibility between different part revisions & simply cannot tolerate such a radical change of configuration at key interface points.
