My understanding is, as I was also told by a TRE during one of the sessions, that if you have to make an action (touch anything in the cockpit) you need to make a go around. Of course, I am refering to below 1000ft altitude.
If, as a consequence of the failure you'll have a triple click and a level 2 caution, for sure you need to make a go around.
Standing by for feedback from the others.

If anything happens above 1000ft you have to solve the problem and set the new minima according to the ldg capability. Then of course you may continue if the minima is applicable to the approach.
