Clause 9 looks interesting. I can't really follow the legal jargon but does indemnifying the principle against any loss mean the "contact pilot" must provide passenger liability insurance in the event of an accident (among other things)? If so what a great business plan. Have the pilots pay for the expenses of running your business!!!
