But I can promise you I've witnessed a 30% difference between two captains final salaries (in order to compare apples with apples, a Jetstar A320 captain & a Qantas B737 captain). Having said this, my Qantas friend has highlighted that his hours have fallen back towards their very low min guarantee (53? hours per 28 days?), whereas the Jetstar guy is flying 75 hours a month.
