Hi Clunckdriver,

I did my training at Cockpit4U in Berlin and no I don't do Pay to Fly and I don't have much respect for those who do it. I'm flying for Air Macau.
I asked a couple of my colleagues and none of them had access to those books during type rating.. So I don't think it's a standard thing..
