One usually did a visual downwind RH for RW 27 although there was an offset VOR approach. Horrible place when windy ( and usually was )
Pitch black nights with strong gusty crosswinds and down drafts on short finals to RW27 were rather challenging in a B767-300. But hey, I don't have to go there any more.
