Virgin aren't recruiting and Easyjet will pick and choose. Also none of these offer DECs. So for many the future is bleak, for many a future may become brighter in the long term. As for 757, it's Thomson or DHL. The days of chief pilots phoning their mate at xyz airways and asking to take on some pilots has gone. HR has taken over!
