I recently heard a very young MON F/O whinging to a mate in the car park crew bus that he'd have to apply to EZY and when he got the job he'd be shafted on an EZY flexi contract. Obviously, his situational awareness (surrounded by EZY crew) and NOTECH skills (zero) will see him fall at the first hurdle
