And another thing: you seem to be banging the "don't drag our industry down" drum by slagging off anyone accepting terms that are lower than the level you approve of.....
They'll get what they pay for! If the conditions, inclusive pay, is sh@t - they'll get sh@t pilots.. Then the owners will get pissed off and go somewhere else.. everybody looses..
But how do you square that with
buying your own type rating to get your arse in the RHS of a big biz jet? That is what you did, didn't you?
