Can German citizens apply for the Aer Lingus Cadet Program too?

What are the eyesight requirements? Can I enter the program with:
Sph.: +2,25 (right eye) and +4,25 (left eye)
Cyl.: -2,25 (right eye) and -4,0 (left eye) ?
