Wasn't there a case of a kid getting loose just before landing, running and tripping with the help of some turbulence at 100ft belting there head off a chair support family tried to sue and failed thankfully.

The bad side of the story was the toddler had an airway blockage and suffered brain damage.

Parents were suing because the CC didn't go and rescue it as soon as it belted its head, they waited until after the rollout and then contacted the cockpit who then came to a stop on the taxiway and released them. They then continued to the gate once the CC had got it breathing again to the paramedics. But the 2-3 mins had been enough to cause the damage.

I will try and find a link to the case.
