Then telling him to get his ass back to "Edinburg" to implement them immediately with a strict admonishment to keep his puss shut and quit ankle biting the
real rulers of Scotland, with nods of approval all round from Hollande, Barroso and Von Rumpay & Co.
Doesn't sound like much freedom or independence too me.
