Gunship: Yep, I live & work in Bamako - I'm the IT guy for a exploration company, and one of my tasks is coordinating all the expat travel. Usually it goes well, except for when we have guys going through Ghana!
Normally our routes back are BKO-CDG-SIN-PER or BKO-CDG-KUL-PER, but a handful of guys choose (or are forced to) go BKO-ACC-JNB-PER. And the BKO-ACC leg is twice-weekly, with predictable - i.e. none whatsoever - Ghanian reliability.
You're right, though, it's a MillionAir charter - a superb DC9, from memory.

We've had expats coming in/going to Accra twice a week for the past month and a half, I think only one of them has been on-time so far - in fact he was early!
