Previous post's would suggest that testicular cancer shouldn't pose problem for the majority of commercial pilots.
Your post a little "woolly," the emphasis should be, of course, on your detection, investigations and treatment. The prognosis for this type of cancer is very good, the sooner you get it sorted, the better.
