The candidates should have an unquestionable commitment and must meet the following requirements:
> Indian Nationals
> Current DGCA ATPL, FRTO, COP/RTR, IR, valid Class-1 Medical Certificate
> Proficient in English Language to at least ICAO level IV
*Rated Pilots (A320 family) & Non Rated Pilots*
> Captains with minimum 5000 flying hours, including 1500 flying hours of a multi-engine, glass cockpit, large jet transport category aircraft (MTOW exceeds 20,000 KGS).
*Rated Captains to have minimum 500 hours as PIC on Airbus A320 family aircraft.*
> First Officer to have minimum 1000 flying hours of a multi-engine, glass cockpit, large jet transport category aircraft (MTOW exceeds 20,000 KGS)
*Rated First officers to have minimum 500 flying hours on A320*
