As the OP says, the LISTO2R (23R) and LISTO2Y (23L) are restricted to specific weights for jets and unrestricted for props (turbine or piston). The problem sometimes occurs when, following a runway change from easterlies (05L and, very rarely, 05R, deps) where all types fly the same southbound SID (LISTO2S for 05R or LISTO2Z on 05L), to westerlies (23R/23L) the change from a LISTO2S/2Z to a SANBA1R (23R) or SANBA1Y (23L) can either be missed during the runway change or is not picked up by the Electronic Flight Progress system. Hey, c'mon, we're only human. Equally, it is not unknown for a crew to be given the correct SID for an aircraft type, and read it back, but they then fly something different. Also, bear in mind that some airlines fly types which can do the LISTO SID on westerlies, but also fly A319s, which can't. By the way, the HON (Honily) SIDS are history.

HD: do bear in mind than not everyone's user name is a real indication of their role, function or experience!
