It is a modified 151.
POH lists approach speed as:
Flaps up 71 kt, 10 degrees 69, 25 degrees 66, 40 degrees 63 but does not seem to mention anything relating to changing speed with weight.
Will make sure I've got the speeds sorted out next lesson.
