But the matter to set alt constraint is differs to enter step climb.If the first question to enter fmgs as a constraint the answer is at above true but if you put step climb as a enrty to a fix,cruise alt would change.
But just to be sure cruise alt in real and cruise alt is shown at fmgs are quite different things.
