1st. 100000€, 2nd. EU passport without restrictions, 3rd. patience, 2 years or more for integrated, over 3 years for modular, you have to start from PPL, then collect hours, fATPL modular, 6 months, after 14 exams, and at the end modular for CPL, ME and IR, 4th. to have a little, very little chance of a job, you need around 800 hs. more or less, until then you can fly parachutes, tow gliders or being an instructor, be aware that there are thousands of pilots with very good amount of hours, and they can't jump to a real job.
Little advice, don't get loans for a pilot career, it doesn't worth it, get a loan for buying a truck or a pizza oven, and start working from day 1, but not for a pilot license. 100000€ is the value of a nice apartment or even a little house in many places. Start with a PPL, then you see if you like it...
