True story, like every other BBQ this weekend. If the employees of your great company had a dollar for every time they were asked 'so mate, what's up with your airline', they could have bought it back from the wolves.....customer satisfaction? engagement? SMC....Perhaps a new acronym but didn't know how else to describe my feelings....The first two letters stand for Suck and My......and the last is how you wish.....
