Joining in with wars that Washington wants, creating larger sanctions against Russia as that is what Washington wants. They allow US military bases in their own territory. Germany does nothing yet they are spied on by Washington. European nations force the Bolivian Presidents aircraft to land as Washington were worried Snowden may have been on it.
