First of all, i love Cessnas
Hi,
"WARNING. Do not retract flaps above 200 kias. If the speed sensor fails to prevent stabilizer movement, a significant nose down pitch upset can occur.
STAB MIS COMP: Reduce speed to 200 kias or less. WARNING Do not retract flaps above 200 kias. Associated stabilizer movement can cause a significant nose down pitch upset"
For an a/c with a Vref around 110 Kts, sighted in a certain PSN (therefore below cloud cover suggesting was not climbing to 4,000 as per ECHO1) we doubt could be at this speed range before diving.
The video analysis could provide some insight on speed before plunging.
