Geneva
I suspect Geneva has gone because it was absolutely useless for business users. I used it once but then went back to the main London airports who give a service that caters for business users. Early morning out and evening back was required but the offering was a mid morning / mid afternoon flight that was very unattractive to people who fly to Geneva.
