Hi,
PR-AFA was VFR over Santos Port, likely descending (not climbing to 4,000 as per ECHO1).
The extreme pitch down (of CCTV) started very probably after an explosion heard by dozens in the ground. Before, it was flying in a psn where was visible below the cloud cover.
On the extreme PD, my suspicion is:
1) Explosion led to abnormal attitude and LOC with increasing pitch down
2) Over than 60 degrees PD due operation outside envelope
3) Flew from port to explosion psn likely with small ROD
We are looking for flaps use around the explosion psn.
No elevator movement was viewed after explosion. (Probably at limit, trying to nose up). Aileron was used just before impact. When very close to a building.
