@RR_NDB: very unlikely. This case looks like the typical loss of control after moving the flaps/stabilizer outside its limits. I know about a case where a Citation Excel almost crashed after takeoff, because CRM broke down and one pilot raised the flaps without informing his colleague. The result was a nose-dive that almost made the impact the ground.
