So with respect to the planning minima :
If the alternate airport has an ILS CAT 2 procedure , to select it as alternate , I must ensure the alternate weather is at least equal to CAT 1 minimum ?
Or if that alternate airport were to have a CAT 1 ILS then I must ensure its weather is not below any Non precision approach that this airport might have .
And to continue with the same policy , if the alternate only has a Non precision approach , to select it I must ensure its weather is not below its NPA minimums+ 200 ft and minimum visibility 1000m?
