Not to mention the busting of FTL on the german AOC, the non-reporting of incidents such as striking a wingtip on the runway in Nice, flying on to Luton after a multiple bird strike in southern France (with engine vibration, 8 fan blades had to be replaced), reporting a overheating screen which cracked in Chambray (the overheat problem was told not to be reported by the chief pilot) !!! to the insurance company as a bird strike.
