The most cunning is the policy of moving the qualifying point for initial flying pay back to the 6 year productive service mark. In other words, keep pilots on recuced pay until the date they can PVR.

With morale on the Voyager fleet as it is (most of the guys sitting on airbus TR'd ATPLS), and a rumour that some nice chaps from BA were hosted on 99 the other week, I can see some trouble ahead.
