Wiz, CAT3A No DH???????? care to explain?

Yes, I was unaware of this animal until a while back- I actually got made look a little foolish in an exchange in Tech Log as I didn't know this was possible.
Certain fail-operational, but not CatIIIB approved, aircraft can indeed do a no DH approach to a CatIIIA installation with 175m RVR.
So there is such a thing as CatIIIB with a DH, and CatIIIA with NO DH- LVOs can be a strange animal!!
