777 too big for 1 hour runs? Better tell EK that, they use it on 45 minute flights and they use the A380 on 2 hour flights. Profitable misuse of aircraft is what it is called.
And I still think a couple of ex EK 777 200s, that would cost nothing, would be perfect for QF for transcontinental and regional flights.
