Have you read AIRLINE SAFETY by William Heller?
No brainer with him: "Copilots should not be allowed to make landings and takeoffs with passengers on board."
Twenty years have passed since and today such a policy is unthinkable.
But I suggest you read it anyway, a GREAT book....
