I fully agree with you. Those tests are not necessarily good to filter the most suitable candidates. Nevertheless it seems to be the only way to do a preselection in order to avoid inviting all applicants for personal interviews. Those tests are conducted in other countries, too. Saves a lot of money to the company. And you as an experienced ATCO feel like shxt going through all this again.
