Isn't Air Lada the company who owned the metro IIIs which were leased to flightline. The then Manx2 used Air Lada metros, who with Flightline agreed to the operation of the two Metro IIIs under Flightline's Air Operator's Certificate???
One of the Metros was sadly involved in the cork incident??
