Having read the previous Posts it seems that NAS is developing into 'Ryanair in a cold climate'.
I hope that is not going to be the case?
Posts seem mixed on this Thread: On the one hand extolling the virtues of the terms and conditions of employment in comparison to Ryanair, yet on the other decrying the relationship between employees and the company.
Is this a dichotomy that can be resolved or do you think it is likely to be a downward trend for the airline and employees alike?
