EE/Orange PAYG top problems advice
If anyone (UK) is having problems topping up using a voucher and failing to top up, via their mobile phone, some advice.
For the past 24 hours EE/Orange are having technical problems using a voucher to top up, I have. Now if your having problems call EE I found a free phone number 0800 801080 select option 2 then 2 again then (I think 4) use your judgement. After speaking to a customer services person, they will request your mobile number, the voucher code and hey presto your topped up.
Hope they get the top up via mobile sorted soon.
