Exactly that. A few years ago, we were ~60 seconds away from touchdown at IAD when a
tiny woman in front got out of her seat,
stood on her seat!, and started rooting around in the overhead bin.
Lots of shouting from the cc and fellow pax and at last she got the message and got back in her seat just as we touched down
