A bit controversial, but all GA / entry level Biz Jet operators are aware thet any pilot with enough ambition to move from Instructing, need the hours more than the operator needs the pilot. Unfortunately supply / demand means that as long as pilots work for naff all, airlines will pay them naff all. As for the comment "I can earn more instructing" think of entry level Jet / GA jobs as a stepping stone, not as an end result
